Joachim does not sell AI, he helps people understand it, and as CEO and advisor he trains teams, coaches leadership groups and shows how Claude becomes part of an ordinary working day.

Before satori. he worked as a Key Account Manager at one of Sweden's leading IT companies, where years of conversations with CTOs and IT managers taught him that technology decisions are mostly about people.

Today he writes about AI on LinkedIn for an audience of thousands, as someone who works with Claude every day rather than as a thought leader with buzzwords.

Martin likes the problems other people give up on, the kind where everyone says it cannot be done and he goes quiet for a while before he solves it. He has built systems his whole career, and somewhere along the way he realised that AI is infrastructure, which is something you can build.

As CTO he builds everything technical behind satori., from Claude integrations to MCP servers, meaning connections that let Claude read and write in your other systems. What drives him is seeing something he built become part of someone's working day, used every morning instead of shown once in a meeting.

At weekends he climbs mountains with Joachim, which explains the same stubbornness, the same patience and the same refusal to turn back halfway.
