AI agency in Europe: we build, we run it and you measure the results
A property company's meter-data service became an AI workflow of its own that saves about €2.30 per meter, built and run by us.
An AI agency does the work for you and should be able to show what it gave you, in numbers. No slide deck and no report gathering dust, only workflows that run in your daily work.
Quick answer: an AI agency does the job for you, from the first review to the build and the running of it. satori. is an AI agency based in Sweden that works across the EU with fixed prices on the site: the launch costs €560 per user from 8 users, running the platform starts at €14 per user per month, and builds such as RAG search and agents get a fixed quote per project. We build on Claude from Anthropic, we stay after the delivery and we never bill by the hour.

What does an AI agency actually do?
An agency does the work for you, and that is the whole point of hiring one. You tell us what you want to achieve and we take responsibility for the delivery, from the first review through the build to running it and developing it further, without you needing a single AI expert in-house.
We build with Claude from Anthropic as our main tool, and with ChatGPT or Mistral when a customer already runs one of them. Every build starts from your business, your data and the way your team works today.
If you would rather build it yourselves with a guide, our Claude consultant service fits better.
We work with businesses across the EU, remote-first by default, and we come to you when a full day in the same room is worth the trip.
What results does an AI agency deliver in practice?
Three builds with the value before, the value after and the part a person still does by hand. We trust numbers like these more than star ratings.
Property company
We replaced the meter-data service with an AI workflow we built and run, which saves 25 Swedish kronor, about €2.30, per meter. The first three runs gave wrong values, so someone still reads the list before the invoice goes out.
E-commerce company, sales team
The sales team spent five to ten hours on every quote, and the workflow we built now drafts it in thirty seconds, which freed up around twenty hours a week. The seller still reads it through and sets the final price.
Accounting firm, Sweden
The Friday report took three hours a week because figures were copied out of three systems by hand. The agent we built pulls them overnight and the report takes five minutes. A person still reviews every report before it goes out.
"From very little knowledge of AI to most people already saving time. I would absolutely recommend other organisations to get your help."

Who does the work

Martin
CTO and builder
Martin codes, integrates and builds the workflows the cases above rest on, from agents and RAG connections to automated steps against your existing systems. He is also the one who runs what we deliver.

Joachim Sahlin
Founder and AI advisor
Joachim reviews the workflows, trains your teams and holds the delivery together. Before satori. he was a Key Account Manager at one of Sweden's leading IT companies, where he learned that technology decisions are almost always more about people than about technology.
You get a mobile number, not an account manager, because we build rather than strategise. More about the team
From idea to daily use
Review and AI strategy
1 to 2 weeks
We start by understanding your business, your workflows and where AI saves the most hours. It is the same kind of advice as in our consulting work, aimed at a concrete build plan with a number attached to each step.
Build and test
4 to 8 weeks
We build it on Claude, or on ChatGPT or Mistral when that fits better, test it with real users and adjust it until your team uses it without asking us how.
Launch and running
Ongoing
We run, maintain and develop what we built, with updates and support included, so you never have to hire in-house AI staff. You focus on your work and we look after the agents.
AI audit
1 to 2 weeksIf you do not know where to begin, we review your processes and workflows first. You get a list of concrete AI opportunities ranked by the hours each one saves per week, at a fixed price in euros agreed on the scoping call before we start.

From the blog
We write openly about how agency work with AI runs, with deliveries, methods and the numbers they produced.
How do you choose the right AI agency?
New AI agencies appear every week right now. Some are web agencies with a new AI page, others are consultancies that changed the heading, and three questions go a long way towards telling them apart.
The first question is what it costs, because an agency that cannot answer without three meetings first has something to hide, and our prices are on the site. The second is who does the work, since you pay for the organisation between the seller and the builder when those are different people. The third is what happens after delivery, because an AI system nobody runs dies within six months, and we stay.
Compare openly. Our Claude pricing Europe page lays out Anthropic's own plans next to every fixed satori. price, and none of our prices is an hourly rate.
The rules are part of the choice too. The EU AI Act has asked businesses since 2 February 2025 to take measures that support AI literacy among their staff, so an agency that builds without training leaves that duty undone.
If you would rather build it yourselves with guidance, our Claude consultant service suits you better. Architect or builder, the choice is yours.
Common questions about AI agencies
What is an AI agency?
An AI agency builds, sets up and runs AI systems for your business, and it takes responsibility for the whole delivery instead of handing over advice and leaving. You do not need AI expertise in-house for it to work, because the agency brings that and keeps it running afterwards. At satori. that means agents, integrations and workflows built on Claude, with the running of them priced per month.
When should I choose an agency instead of a consultant?
Think of an architect and a builder: the architect draws the house and the builder puts it up. Choose an agency when you lack the internal capacity to build, want a turnkey delivery or need someone to run and maintain it afterwards. Choose a consultant when your own team can build but wants a guide who has made the early mistakes already.
Do you offer both advice and delivery?
Yes, and most customers use both over time. They usually start with a short review of how the work gets done today, then move on to the build and to us running it month by month. You do not have to pick one up front, since the plan follows what the first review finds.
How much does an AI agency cost?
It depends on the project, never on the number of hours. A typical agency project starts with satori-launch at €560 per user as a one-time fee, from 8 users (€4,480), and is then built out in phases with a fixed quote before each one. Running the platform through satori-claude costs €14 per user per month plus the Claude licence, Standard €24 or Premium €110 per user per month, so you know the cost before we start.
How do you handle GDPR and data security?
We are a Swedish company and work under GDPR from the first call. Anthropic says it does not use inputs or outputs from its commercial products to train its models by default, and its Data Processing Addendum, which includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers, is part of its Commercial Terms. When your data has to stay in Europe we run Claude through EU cross-region inference on Amazon Bedrock or Google Cloud Vertex AI in EU regions, and everything we build starts from your existing security policy.
Which AI tools do you work with?
Claude from Anthropic is our main tool, because it handles long documents well, follows detailed instructions and comes on commercial terms that keep your data out of model training by default. We also run ChatGPT Business through satori-chatgpt for teams that already use it, and Mistral through satori-mistral for teams that want a European model provider. We build on one of them per workflow and do not spread a project across three tools for the sake of it.
Can you take over running our AI systems?
Yes, and it is one of the main reasons to pick an agency over a consultant. satori-run keeps an agent we built or approved running for a fixed fee from €230 per month per agent, with monitoring, fixes and updates when a vendor changes something. You avoid hiring in-house AI staff just to keep the lights on.
How long does a typical agency project take?
Most projects start with a review phase of one to two weeks, and the build then takes four to twelve weeks depending on how many systems it touches. The first 90 days after launch decide most of the value, because that is when a tested workflow turns into a daily habit. We run it with you through those 90 days instead of handing over a pilot and walking away.
Do you work as an AI agency across Europe?
Yes, from our base in Sweden, and remote delivery is the default for the review, the training and the build itself. Several customers have never met us in person, and the only thing that gets lost is the spontaneous coffee in the corridor, so you need an internal contact who answers within a working day. When the leadership team wants to see the result in the same room, we agree an on-site day and any travel cost before it is booked.
What is an AI audit?
An AI audit is a review of how your processes and workflows run today. We go through the work step by step, find where AI saves the most time and money, and hand you a list of tasks ranked by the hours each one saves per week. It takes one to two weeks, needs no prior knowledge from your side and gets a fixed price in euros on the scoping call, before any work starts.
Why do you not charge by the hour?
Hourly billing puts the risk on you, because every extra meeting and every detour lands on your invoice regardless of what got delivered. We sell fixed packages where you know the total before you sign, and custom builds get a fixed price per project after a scoping call. The launch price on this page is the same for a team that asks ten questions on the day and a team that asks a hundred.
Do you help with the EU AI Act?
Yes. According to the European Commission, the AI literacy duty in Article 4 has applied since 2 February 2025, and since the 2026 amendment it asks businesses to take measures that support AI literacy among the people who use AI systems. The training in our deliveries covers that in practice, and in the policy work we go through how each of your uses is classified under the Act. The rules for high-risk systems in areas such as employment apply from 2 December 2027, so we flag any build that touches them before we start.
How do you measure ROI on an AI agency project?
ROI, the return on what you put in, is easiest to prove as hours on a single workflow, before and after. The sales team in our quote case spent five to ten hours per quote, the draft now takes thirty seconds, and twenty freed hours a week multiplied by a seller's hourly cost is the whole calculation. We always agree the number before we build anything, since a result nobody measured cannot be proved afterwards.
What are the risks of hiring an AI agency?
The two most common are becoming dependent on the agency for every small change, and watching the system die when the contract ends. We cut both by building training into every delivery so your team understands the workflows, and by documenting every build so another supplier can take over if you ever want to switch. Ask for one number per deliverable and ownership of everything that gets built, whoever you hire.
Do you run pilot projects before a full rollout?
Yes, every build is tested with real users before it goes into daily use. The property company's meter-data workflow ran three times with wrong values before it was allowed to replace the external service, and a person still reads the list before the invoice goes out. That is exactly why we keep running a build after launch instead of handing over a pilot and leaving.
Which industries do you have experience with?
Sports federations, adult education associations, construction and property, architects, manufacturing, insurance, accounting and e-commerce, mostly in Sweden so far. The method is the same in every industry, because we always start from your actual workflows instead of an industry template. What changes is which systems we connect to and which data is too sensitive for a prompt.
Is an AI agency the same as a web agency that sells AI?
No. A web agency builds websites and has added AI as an extra service, while an AI agency builds workflows, agents and integrations as its core work. The difference shows in the questions they ask: a web agency asks how the page should look, and an AI agency asks where your hours disappear. Ask for one case with before and after figures, which quickly tells you which kind you are talking to.
