Why satori-chatgpt, not just ChatGPT?
You can buy ChatGPT Business yourself in ten minutes, although the charge then lands on one person’s card and the invoice option only appears once you sign an Enterprise contract. satori-chatgpt fixes exactly that: we buy the seats, send one invoice in euros addressed to your company and add or remove users the day someone joins or leaves.
In plain euros it costs more than buying direct, since OpenAI lists a Standard seat at US$20 per user per month on annual billing, or US$25 on monthly billing, against our €32 plus €14 for operations. The difference pays for the invoice, the admin work and the hours finance and IT otherwise lose chasing cards, receipts and private accounts that leave with the person who paid for them. GDPR and data residency in ChatGPT Business
ChatGPT Business now lets the workspace owner choose where customer content is stored at rest, with Europe (the EEA plus Switzerland) as one of the regions, although OpenAI says the option is rolling out gradually and is not yet open to every workspace.
Even with Europe selected, OpenAI keeps a copy of every prompt and response in the United States for a limited time for safety and abuse monitoring, so the transfer question under GDPR stays on your list. For customers in the EEA and Switzerland the contracting party is OpenAI Ireland Ltd, and OpenAI does not train its models on Business content unless the workspace opts in.
When the model itself must also run in the region, ChatGPT Enterprise adds inference residency for eligible customers in supported regions. That is the point where we price Enterprise for you instead of Business.
