On both tiers you talk to our own consultants, never a support junior reading from a script, and ten users on Standard cost €300 a month plus their licences.

- Training and workshops, which sit under Claude training.
- Third-party costs such as API usage and infrastructure.
Requirements
An active AI licence, Claude or Mistral, for every user, invoiced through satori. With satori-ai-department you never buy satori-claude management, satori-connect (€110 a month) or satori-plugins-managed (€245 a month) on the side, because all of it is inside the price.

Standard at €30 per user a month adds a quarterly meeting on usage, the report and next steps, while Premium at €80 adds your own head of AI who owns your AI roadmap and AI policy, leads a monthly meeting and needs at least 8 users.
No, new integrations, skills, agents and automations are always scoped and priced as their own fixed-price project, whichever tier you are on. Once a build is delivered the AI department takes over its running without a new contract, and on Premium the head of AI makes sure the right ideas reach that stage in the right order.
No, the managed platform is included in satori-ai-department. What you need is one AI licence per user bought through us, Claude or Mistral, and it is invoiced as its own line.
You switch to satori-ai-department and stop paying the €14 per user per month management fee separately, because the platform sits inside the price. The licence continues as its own line, and satori-connect and satori-plugins-managed are included from the switch.
One email to us is enough, and we adjust the agreement from the next month. Premium needs at least 8 users, and there is no lock-in on either tier, only three months' notice.
For many smaller businesses it is, because Premium for 20 users costs €1,600 a month and gives you a named head of AI who already runs Claude at other customers. Someone on your side still has to decide which processes change, so we ask for one named contact who owns the decisions.
