Claude training for European teams, practised on your own documents
Four formats built on one method
We have trained over 300 people in Sweden to use Claude in their daily work, and these four formats are the ones that held up best.
What a Claude training looks like
A Claude training at satori. means two to eight hours at the keyboard, because a team that only watches slides has usually forgotten the prompts by the following Friday. We put Claude in front of your people with the documents already on their desks, such as a supplier contract, last month's board report or a customer complaint, so every exercise ends in something they reuse the next morning.
Claude works best when you treat it as an intern, meaning a fast and capable helper whose drafts you still check before anything leaves the building. That picture changes how people write instructions, since they start giving context, asking for a second attempt and reading the answer the way a manager reads a first draft. Teams still skip the checking step in the first week, which is why every format has an exercise where the group hunts for a wrong figure in Claude's answer.
Four formats cover the teams we meet: two hours for a first hands-on taste, five short sessions for a small team building a habit over several weeks, a half day when everyone starts together, and a full day when a whole department starts at once with role tracks in the afternoon.
The four packages
The same core content in four formats, so you choose by team size and by how much time you can set aside.
Claude workshop, two hours
Two hours where every participant writes their first prompts in Claude against documents from their own inbox, which suits a team that wants a first hands-on session before it picks a longer format.
- Hour 1: What Claude is, the intern picture and first prompts, with everyone at their own keyboard.
- Hour 2: Prompts on your own documents, plus the rules for what may and may not be pasted into Claude.
Claude sprint
Five one-hour sessions spread over two to five weeks, so a small team gets time between sessions to try Claude on real work and bring back what went wrong.
- Session 1: The intern picture and your first prompts, with access set up on web, mobile and desktop.
- Session 2: Prompt technique and context, where we practise giving Claude the input that gets the output you need.
- Session 3: Projects, Artifacts and Research, and we build the team's first Claude project together.
- Session 4: Two real tasks from the team's week, picked in advance and solved live in the session.
- Session 5: Questions and next steps, where we look at what stuck and what needs more practice.
Claude workshop, half day
Four hours where the whole team starts at the same time, which suits an afternoon after lunch or a morning at the end of the week.
- Block 1 (60 min): What Claude is, the intern picture, the models and first prompts, with everyone at their own keyboard.
- Block 2 (60 min): Prompt technique and context, practised on your own documents.
- Block 3 (60 min): Projects and Artifacts, where we build a project with your instructions and your files.
- Block 4 (60 min): Research, extended thinking and open questions, so you leave with workflows you can use the next day.
Claude workshop, full day
A full day together, with a shared foundation in the morning and role tracks in the afternoon, so each group goes home with working Claude projects of its own.
- Morning (4 h): The shared foundation for everyone: the intern picture, prompt technique, Projects and Artifacts, the same content as the half day.
- Afternoon (4 h): Role tracks where marketing, finance, HR and leadership each get their own exercises, built into Claude projects.
- What you keep: A use case catalogue, working Claude projects per role and a written plan for the month after.
Prices are fixed per user in EUR excluding VAT, with a minimum of eight users for the two hours, the half day and the full day, and the price is the same online or on-site. Travel for an on-site day is agreed in writing before booking, so the total is known before you sign.
For Claude that sticks after the workshop, pick satori-launch
A workshop teaches a team Claude in one go, although the day ends at five and the habit has to survive the Monday after. The hard part in most businesses comes once the trainer has left, when usage has to hold up through the first busy week without anyone pushing it.
satori-launch picks up there at €560 per user as a one-time fee from eight users, which makes the smallest order €4,480. The package holds a two-hour webinar that introduces Claude, a full-day workshop live online or at your office and up to five core skills rolled out to every user, with a clear end date, and satori-claude takes over for teams that want ongoing support.
Plenty of teams start with a half day or a sprint so people get Claude in their hands, then move to satori-launch when a few people using it sometimes should become everyone using it daily.
How do you choose the right format for your team?
Team size, available time and how soon you need results decide the format, and in most cases the answer is clear within one call. A team that wants one first session fits the two-hour workshop at €280 per user. A small team of three to eight that wants a habit over several weeks fits the Claude sprint at €400 per user, while a group of up to fifteen that wants to start in one afternoon fits the half day at €390 per user. A department of up to twenty-five people in mixed roles fits the full day at €560 per user, because the afternoon splits into role tracks.
Over a hundred trainings in Sweden, where satori. started, taught us that the format should follow your pace and not the other way around. Some teams start with two hours and book the half day a month later, while others run two sprints in parallel for two departments. A team of fewer than eight people is usually better off with the sprint than paying the eight-user minimum on a half day.
What a Claude workshop includes
Every package covers the same core, starting with the intern picture because it works for people with no technical background, then moving on to prompt technique and four Claude features: Projects, Artifacts, Research and extended thinking.
Depth separates the packages, since the half day is dense, the sprint leaves a week between sessions for practice, and the full day adds afternoon tracks for marketing, finance, HR and leadership. The same teaching sits behind satori-launch at €560 per user, for businesses that want the training plus up to five skills, meaning saved instructions Claude reuses, rolled out to every user.
Your own documents are the practice material in every format, whether that is a supplier contract, a monthly sales report or a customer email in German. Before the session we agree which documents hold personal data under GDPR, and those stay out of the exercises unless your Claude plan and data processing terms cover them. Claude still needs a person who checks its output, although seeing it draft something useful from your own material in ten minutes is what makes the habit last.
Which roles get the most from Claude
Marketing, finance and HR usually see results first, because their weeks are full of drafts that follow a pattern Claude picks up quickly. Marketing turns one product brief into copy for three markets, finance turns a month-end export into a first commentary for the board, and HR drafts interview questions and answers to recurring staff questions, although someone still checks every figure and every legal reference by hand.
Leadership teams use Claude to prepare meetings, turn a forty-page report into a one-page summary and test a strategy draft against counterarguments. IT teams use it for documentation, code review and troubleshooting, while everyone gets help with email replies and meeting notes.
Role tracks run only in the full day format, where each group gets its own exercises for the whole afternoon. In the sprint and the half day we pick examples from the roles actually in the room, so a team of six accountants never sits through a marketing exercise.
Claude first, with ChatGPT where it helps
Our training focuses on Claude, because depth in one tool beats a tour of five, although we compare with ChatGPT wherever your team already uses it so people know which tool fits which task. Teams that run ChatGPT as their main tool can take our ChatGPT training instead, which follows the same method and the same prices.
A broader start is satori-launch at €560 per user from eight users, with a webinar, a full-day workshop and up to five skills rolled out across the business. Plenty of teams take a workshop now and satori-launch a quarter later, once Claude is part of the working week.
Common questions about Claude training
A Claude training is a hands-on workshop or sprint where your team learns to use Claude, the AI assistant from Anthropic, in everyday work. At satori. every exercise runs on your own documents instead of a lecture, and it covers prompt technique, Projects, Artifacts and Research, plus use cases taken from the team's own week.
The four packages have fixed prices per user in EUR excluding VAT: €280 per user for the two-hour workshop, €400 per user for the Claude sprint of five one-hour sessions, €390 per user for the half day and €560 per user for the full day, with a minimum of eight users for all three workshops. The price per user is the same online or on-site, and travel for an on-site day is agreed in writing before booking.
The half-day workshop lasts four hours and the full day eight hours with a lunch break in the middle. The Claude sprint is five one-hour sessions, usually spread over two to five weeks depending on how fast you want to move.
Both work. On-site suits the half day and the full day, because the group works more closely and exercises are easier to guide, while live online suits the sprint, where we meet five times in a few weeks. We run on-site workshops from our base in Sweden and live online sessions for teams anywhere in the EU through Teams or Zoom.
No. We set the level from what you tell us on the first call, so beginners get more time on the basics while experienced users move faster to Projects, integrations with your own systems and Research.
Article 4 of the EU AI Act has required providers and deployers of AI systems, meaning businesses that build or use them, to take measures for the AI literacy of their staff since 2 February 2025. The European Commission states that no certificate is needed and no specific course is mandatory, so an internal record of the training you run is enough. A Claude workshop is one way to meet that duty, and the material participants keep can go straight into that record.
The method is the same for both tools, while the content follows the features each one has. Claude training covers Projects with fixed instructions, Artifacts for documents and code, Research and extended thinking, and teams on ChatGPT take our ChatGPT training with the same formats.
The two-hour workshop fits a team of up to 25 that wants one hands-on session first, and the Claude sprint fits small teams of 3 to 8 people who want to build a habit over a few weeks. The half day fits teams of 5 to 15 people, billed for at least eight, and the full day fits departments of 8 to 25 people in mixed roles who want role tracks in the afternoon.
Every participant keeps the session material, a use case catalogue with the examples from the workshop and two weeks of questions by email afterwards. Full-day participants also keep working Claude projects per role, and a team that wants a follow-up books a sprint or a two-hour workshop at the listed price.
Yes, and it is the most common path. Plenty of teams start with a half day or a sprint, then continue with satori-launch at €560 per user to get the webinar, the full-day workshop and five skills rolled out across the business once Claude has settled into the first team.
