    Claude consultants for Australian business

We roll out Claude, train your team and manage the platform afterwards, at a fixed AUD price you can read before we speak.

No hourly rate, and no quote that only appears after a discovery call. Just Claude rollouts, training and managed AI for Australian businesses, priced openly on this page.

Quick answer: a Claude consultant sets up your Claude workspace, trains your team on real work and manages licences and support once the launch is done. Much of the Australian market still charges by the hour, with senior AI advisory reaching up to A$599 per hour, or hides the number behind a discovery call before you get a figure. We publish ours instead: a full launch costs A$990 per user from 8 users, managed Claude runs from A$850 setup plus A$15 per user per month, and training starts at A$490 per person.

What Simon Dahl says about the launch

We started satori. in Sweden, and the model came with us to Australia. The launch and training approach on this page is the same one that ran for the Swedish Volleyball Federation, known as SVBF, whose Secretary General is Simon Dahl.

From very low knowledge of AI to most people already saving time.

It was adapted to our level and to what came up along the way.

I would absolutely recommend other organisations to get your help.

What does a Claude consultant actually do?

The job is practical, not a strategy-deck performance. We set up your Claude workspace properly, with the right plan, the right permissions and the right guardrails in place before anyone logs in for the first time. Then we train your team on the reports, contracts and customer emails they actually deal with, not toy examples built for a demo. Most consultants leave once the workshop ends, but the part that matters most is what happens after that, which is why we stay around.

A typical engagement starts with satori-launch: a webinar for everyone, a full-day workshop, and up to five skills rolled out across the organisation. From there, satori-claude keeps the platform managed month to month, and Claude training tops up skills as the tools evolve. You can see everything, with prices, on our services page.

The failure mode with AI is rarely picking the wrong tool. It is buying licences, running one demo, and watching usage quietly fall off by week three, and a Claude consultant's whole job is to stop exactly that from happening on your watch.

    Joachim Sahlin

    CEO & AI Advisor

Joachim leads every Claude rollout as CEO and AI Advisor. He stands at the front of the room for the full-day workshop, training teams and coaching leadership groups on where Claude actually fits their work.

Before satori., he spent years as a Key Account Manager at one of Scandinavia's leading IT companies. He learned that a technology decision is almost always a people decision wearing a different hat.

Martin, CTO and Builder at satori., photographed at his workstation.

    Martin

    CTO & Builder

Martin is the builder behind the platform: he codes the Claude integrations, sets up the MCP connectors and keeps the managed service running once the launch wraps up.

He has spent his career building systems other people gave up on, and he treats AI as infrastructure rather than magic. That is the plain difference between a demo that impresses a room and a skill that survives a real Tuesday.

Between them, Joachim and Martin have taken more than 20 companies through a Claude rollout, split across Sweden and Australia, and the launch approach on this page is the one SVBF went through above.

The rest of the market still charges differently. Much of it bills by the hour, with senior AI advisory reaching as high as A$599 per hour in 2026, and other firms quote fees of A$25,000 to A$80,000 revealed only after a discovery call. Some call themselves fixed price and then decline to print a single figure anywhere on the site.

We think that is backwards, because a fair price does not need to hide behind a phone call. Ours sit on the page, priced per user or per person, and they do not move once we shake hands. The licences themselves are Anthropic's prices, and we keep a full breakdown of Claude pricing in Australia up to date on the blog.

    Why we build on Claude

We specialise rather than generalise, because one platform done properly beats five platforms done vaguely. Claude is the one we would bet our own business on, and in fact we do: it is the platform behind our managed service and every rollout we deliver.

The timing helps too. Anthropic opened its Sydney office in March 2026, its first in the region, and Australia sits among the very top countries in the world for Claude usage per capita, according to Anthropic's Economic Index. This is not a fringe tool that needs explaining to your board anymore.

The quieter reason is the contract. Commercial Claude plans exclude training on your business data by default, and for any organisation that handles client information, that single clause does more heavy lifting than any glossy security page. It is the sort of detail a consultant should care about on your behalf.

    Claude and the Privacy Act

Every rollout we run is designed around the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, the APPs, from day one. That means workspace permissions that match your data classification, clear guidance for staff on what goes into a prompt, and commercial terms that keep your data out of model training by default. APP 8 covers cross-border disclosure, and for organisations that need processing kept onshore, AWS Bedrock's Sydney region, listed as ap-southeast-2, keeps the data inside Australian borders instead of routing it overseas.

A new obligation commencing 10 December 2026 requires businesses to tell people when an automated system made or materially assisted a decision about them. We build the required human sign-off into every workflow that touches a customer or employee decision, and the deeper detail on data residency and the automated decision-making rules sits in the FAQ below. Longer guides on both are coming to the blog over the following weeks.

    On-site in Sydney, live-remote everywhere

    Sydney

Workshops and launches delivered at your office, anywhere in Greater Sydney. A room, a whiteboard and a full day together still does something video never quite matches. See also our AI consultant in Sydney page.

    The rest of Australia

Live-remote delivery for teams in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and everywhere in between. Same format, same real-work exercises, same fixed prices. We built our remote sessions to run as workshops, not webinars.

Open our services page and compare the fixed A$990 launch price against the last hourly quote you were given, a check that takes under ten minutes and needs nobody else in the room. Count how many people on your team would sit through the same webinar and workshop, multiply by A$990, and you have the real number to bring into any conversation about Claude.
