Claude consultants for Australian business
We roll out Claude, train your team and manage the whole thing. Fixed prices, published right here on the site.
No hourly rates. No 'book a call to find out what it costs'. Just Claude rollouts, training and managed AI for Australian businesses, priced openly.
Quick answer: a Claude consultant helps your business get real value out of Claude, the AI assistant from Anthropic. We handle the rollout, train your team on their actual work, and manage licences and support afterwards. Much of the market charges by the hour (up to A$599 per hour) or hides pricing behind a discovery call. We publish ours: full launch at A$990 per user (from 8 users), managed Claude from A$850 setup plus A$15 per user per month, and training from A$490 per person.
What does a Claude consultant actually do?
Honestly? Less strategy-deck theatre than you might fear. The job is practical. We set up your Claude workspace properly, with the right plan, the right permissions and the right guardrails. Then we train your team, and not on toy examples. On the reports, contracts and customer emails they actually deal with. And then, this is the part most consultants skip, we stay around.
A typical engagement starts with satori-launch: a webinar for everyone, a full-day workshop, and up to five skills rolled out across the organisation. From there, satori-claude keeps the platform managed month to month, and Claude training tops up skills as the tools evolve. You can see everything, with prices, on our services page.
Why does that matter? Because the failure mode with AI is not picking the wrong tool. It is buying licences, running one demo, and watching usage quietly fall off a cliff by week three. A good Claude consultant exists to stop exactly that.

And the rest of the market? Much of it still charges by the hour, with senior AI advisory running as high as A$599 per hour. Others quote project fees of A$25,000 to A$80,000, revealed only after a discovery call. Some say "fixed price" and then decline to print a single figure.
We think that is backwards. If the price is fair, why hide it? Ours are on the page, they are per user or per person, and they do not change once we shake hands. That is the whole model.
Why we build on Claude
We specialise rather than generalise. One platform, done properly, beats five platforms done vaguely. And Claude is the one we would bet our own business on. Which, in fact, we do: it is the platform behind our managed service and every rollout we deliver.
The timing helps too. Anthropic opened its Sydney office in 2026, its first in the region. Australians have taken to the tool with unusual enthusiasm: Australia sits among the very top countries in the world for Claude usage per capita. This is not a fringe tool you would need to explain to your board.
The quieter reason is the contract. Commercial Claude plans exclude training on your business data by default. For any organisation that handles client information, that single clause does more heavy lifting than any glossy security page. It is the sort of detail a consultant should care about on your behalf.
Claude and the Privacy Act
Every rollout we do is designed around the Australian Privacy Principles from day one. That means the boring-but-vital stuff: workspace permissions that match your data classifications, clear guidance for staff on what goes into a prompt, and commercial terms that keep your data out of model training. For organisations that need processing kept onshore, there are data-residency options, and we will walk you through the trade-offs honestly.
We are writing a series of deeper guides on Claude and the Privacy Act, data residency and the upcoming automated decision-making rules. They will land on the blog over the coming weeks.
On-site in Sydney, live-remote everywhere
Sydney
Workshops and launches delivered at your office, anywhere in Greater Sydney. There is something about a room, a whiteboard and a full day together that video never quite matches. See also our AI consultant in Sydney page.
The rest of Australia
Live-remote delivery for teams in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and everywhere in between. Same format, same real-work exercises, same fixed prices. We have built our remote sessions to be workshops, not webinars.
Common questions about Claude consultants
What is a Claude consultant?
A Claude consultant helps your business get real value out of Claude, the AI assistant from Anthropic. That covers picking the right plan, setting up accounts and permissions, training your team on their actual work, building the first skills and workflows, and staying around afterwards to manage licences and support. The good ones do less talking and more rolling up sleeves.
How much does a Claude rollout cost?
With us, it is a fixed price you can read before we ever speak. A full launch is A$990 per user as a one-time fee, from 8 users (so A$7,920 minimum). That includes a webinar, a full-day workshop and up to five skills rolled out across your organisation. Smaller teams can start with training from A$490 per person. The managed platform is A$850 setup plus A$15 per user per month, with Claude licences on top.
Is Claude safe for company data?
Used on the right terms, yes. Commercial Claude plans exclude training on your business data by default, which is the single most important line in the contract. On top of that we set up your workspace with sensible permissions, help you brief your team on what belongs in a prompt and what does not, and design the rollout around the Australian Privacy Principles. For organisations that need data processed onshore, there are data-residency options we can walk you through.
Do you work remotely or only on-site?
Both. We deliver on-site across Greater Sydney, and live-remote everywhere else in Australia. Workshops work surprisingly well over video when they are built for it: same exercises, same real work, same outcomes. Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, a mining office in the Pilbara. Distance is not the constraint.
Why fixed prices instead of hourly rates?
Because hourly rates put the risk on you. If the project runs long, you pay for it. Much of the Australian market charges up to A$599 per hour for AI advisory, or quotes projects only after a discovery call. We publish our prices on the site instead. You know the number before the first meeting, and the number does not move.
Do we need Claude licences on top of your fees?
Yes, and we are upfront about that too. Claude licences run at A$42 per user per month for Standard or A$195 for Premium, billed alongside our A$15 per user per month management fee on the managed platform. We handle the licence admin so you never have to think about seats, upgrades or renewals.
How fast can we get started?
Quickly. The first step is a free 30-minute chat. From there, a typical launch runs over a few weeks: webinar first, then the workshop, then skills rolled out while the momentum is still warm. Weeks, not quarters. Most teams are using Claude on real work within the first fortnight.
