Why most people get stuck in the chat box
Most people at work type one question at a time into a chat box and paste the answers into a document by hand, which is why one colleague seems to finish the same report in half the time. That colleague hands Claude the whole task and only reviews the result.
Agentic work, meaning you give Claude a whole task with its context and let it finish, is what this course teaches in four live online hours on a seat you book yourself. When you log off at 17:00 you have prompts that hit the mark, your own Claude project that remembers your instructions and two of your real work tasks solved during the session.

You need no prior knowledge, only a laptop with a stable connection, the Claude app and your own Claude licence, although a working camera helps when the trainer looks at your shared screen with you.

Claude for decision-makers

- Block 1 (60 min): What Claude is and is not. You drive from the first fifteen minutes, with the intern picture as the base: capable and fast, while you stay responsible.
- Block 2 (60 min): Money and law: licence prices, GDPR and the EU AI Act in plain language, including what applies when staff paste customer data into a chat.
- Block 3 (60 min): The business case: you run the numbers on one of your own processes and leave with a figure for what it costs today.
- Block 4 (60 min): The rollout: why many AI projects stall at a tenth of the staff, and what the businesses that get further do differently.

Claude at work
For the person who wants Claude in daily work and wants workflows that run at the office the very next day.
- Block 1 (60 min): The basics: the intern picture, your first prompts and how more context gets you better answers.
- Block 2 (60 min): Prompt technique: we practise on documents like yours, and you learn to ask for a second attempt instead of settling for the first answer.
- Block 3 (60 min): Projects and Artifacts: you build your own Claude project with instructions, so you never start from a blank page again.
- Block 4 (60 min): Your own tasks: you pick two jobs from your working week and solve them live, with the trainer joining your screen when you get stuck.

What you learn on the Claude course
A way of working sits at the core instead of a tour of features, because you learn to give Claude the whole task with context, review the result the way a manager reviews an intern's draft and ask for a second attempt when something is off. That habit is the gap between holding an AI licence and actually working with AI.
During the afternoon you build prompts for your three most common tasks, your own Claude project with instructions you reuse every day, and the habit of using Artifacts, meaning finished documents Claude produces instead of chat replies. The decision-maker track adds licence prices, GDPR and the EU AI Act, while the user track goes deeper into prompt technique.
The course runs in English, you keep the material, and you practise on your own tasks instead of invented examples. Four hours never cover everything, so whatever does not fit goes home with you as a written list of next steps.
Open course or company workshop: which one fits you
The Claude course is built for people who book a seat themselves, while the company workshop is built for teams that practise on their own company's documents. The price per person is higher on the open course, €640 against €390 to €560 per user, because there is no minimum group size.

A group of eight or more from one company pays less per person on a workshop, while anyone in a smaller group, or anyone who does not want to wait for a company decision, starts on the open course.
Course dates
Every session runs live online from 13:00 to 17:00 Central European Time, which is 12:00 to 16:00 in Lisbon and Dublin and 14:00 to 18:00 in Helsinki and Athens, and both tracks run in parallel on every date. New dates are added as they open, and the joining link reaches registered participants by email before the course date.

The Claude course is built for single seats, but from eight participants the company workshop costs less per person and runs on your own documents, at your office or live online. The half day costs €390 per user and the full day €560 per user.
