No. Anthropic states on its pricing page that the prices shown do not include applicable tax, and its help centre says your billing address decides how tax is calculated. A business can add its VAT number under Billing settings, and Anthropic notes that the change only applies to future billing cycles, so a number added in month four does not correct the first three invoices.
