Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the Satori website. The site is operated by Satori ML, a Swedish company, for clients in Australia. We have kept the terms short and in plain English. By using the site you agree to them.
Using the site
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. Please do not do anything that could damage, disable, overload or impair the site, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
Content and intellectual property
The website and its content, features and functionality are owned by Satori and protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. You are welcome to read, link to and quote the site with attribution. You may not copy substantial parts of it, present it as your own, or commercially exploit it without our permission.
Services and prices
Service descriptions and prices on this site are general information, not a binding offer. They may change over time, and what actually applies to an engagement is what we agree in writing with you. Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
No warranties and limitation of liability
The website is provided as is. We do our best to keep the content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it is complete or error free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, to the extent the law allows us to limit that liability.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement. Your statutory rights remain intact.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
Satori ML is a Swedish company, so contracts for our services are governed by Swedish law unless we agree otherwise with you in writing. That choice of law does not take away any rights you have as an Australian consumer: protections under Australian law that apply to you cannot be excluded and are not excluded by these terms.
