Terms of use

These terms apply when you use www.satoriml.com, and by browsing the site you accept them, so please read them through once.

Who runs the site

The site is run by SatoriML AB (trading as satori.), company registration number 559458-9029, VAT number SE559458902901, Högosta 43, 782 92 Dala-Järna, Sweden, which you can reach at connect@satoriml.se or +46 79 102 49 68. The legal notice lists the same company details in one place.

Using the site

You may use the site and its free material for lawful purposes, including reading, sharing links and using the guides inside your own business. You may not use the site in a way that could damage it, overload it, disable it or get in the way of other visitors, and automated scraping that puts load on the servers is not allowed.

Prices and services

Prices on the site are fixed prices in euros, stated per user, per person or per month, and exclude VAT unless the page says otherwise. Hourly billing does not appear anywhere, because every service is priced before you sign. EU business customers with a valid VAT number are invoiced without Swedish VAT under the reverse charge. Customers in Sweden pay Swedish VAT.

Reading a price on the site does not create a contract. The agreement for a service comes from a written quote or service agreement that both sides accept, and if that document differs from the site, the signed document applies. Course seats are reserved on a short call or by email to connect@satoriml.se, because online course sign-up is not open on this site yet.

Our content is general information

Articles, guides and templates on the site describe how AI tools, the GDPR and the EU AI Act work in practice, written as general information for businesses. None of it is legal advice for your situation, so check any compliance decision with your own adviser or data protection officer before you act on it.

Trademarks and third-party products

satori. is an independent company. Claude and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic PBC, while ChatGPT and OpenAI are trademarks of OpenAI, and the site names these products only to describe the tools we set up and teach, which implies no endorsement by their owners.

Links to other websites are there for your convenience, and SatoriML AB has no control over their content or their privacy practices.

Intellectual property

The site, its text, images, design and code belong to SatoriML AB and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Without written permission you may not:

• Copy or republish the content, in whole or in large parts
• Modify the content or build derivative works from it
• Sell the content or use it in a competing service

Templates we explicitly offer for download, such as the AI policy template, may be adapted and used inside your own business.

Limitation of liability

SatoriML AB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including lost profit, lost revenue or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow a business to limit, and liability for a paid service follows the agreement for that service.

Privacy

How we handle personal data and cookies is described in the privacy and cookie policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

SatoriML AB may change these terms, and the new version applies from the date shown at the bottom of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Swedish law, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and mandatory consumer protection in the country where you live still applies if you use the site as a private person.

Write to connect@satoriml.se with the page address and one line of text if anything on the site looks wrong or unclear, and we will correct it or explain it in our reply.
