Not by default. Anthropic bills in US dollars and adds ten per cent GST on top, per its own billing policy for imported digital services, unless an Australian business enters its ABN, the Australian Business Number, under Settings then Billing in the Claude account. That change only applies to invoices from that point forward, so a business that adds its ABN in month four still pays GST on the first three invoices. The two minimums are not the same, which trips people up. None of the three come bundled, because not every satori-claude customer needs them, and paying for maintenance nobody uses is exactly the kind of hidden cost this page tries to avoid.

Yes, and it is the more common direction of the two. A business that started on Claude Pro or Teams directly keeps its existing workspace, and satori-claude takes over licence administration, billing consolidation and support from that point, with the A$850 setup fee covering the migration work. Seats already paid for the current billing cycle are not refunded by Anthropic, so the cleanest switch lines up with the start of a new billing period rather than the middle of one.

The A$15 per user per month management fee runs month to month with no lock-in contract, so cancelling stops that charge from the next billing cycle. The underlying Claude licences follow Anthropic's own terms once the management layer stops, which means the business keeps the workspace and administers seats itself from then on. The one-time A$850 setup fee is not refunded once the work is done, in the same way a workshop fee is not refunded after the workshop has run.

Three things sit outside every fixed price on this page.
